We also provide bespoke training for corporates in the region.
Our ethos is to make Tai Chi accessible to as many people as possible, of what ever age and physical ability.

Hi I'm Duncan and I developed my love of Tai Chi and Qigong whilst living in France where my wife and I spent several happy years recharging our batteries after leading hectic lives in London.
Having practiced Tai Chi for many years and realising its benefits I decided to embark on studying the art to a deeper level, studying initially with Tai Chi Nation, based in Devon. It was here over several years of study that I obtained my teaching qualifications in both Tai Chi and Qigong. More recently I have continued my training with Deyin Taijiquan Institute and the British Health Qigong Association and have become an instructor member of both of these world renowned organisations lead by the inspirational Faye and Tary Yip.
I am looking forward to sharing my love for this art and all the benefits that it gives.
All ages and levels of experience are welcome, especially beginners.
For Tai Chi I teach the Yang lineage style, the most popular style of Tai Chi globally. I teach the Yang 8 and 16 forms. For more experienced practitioners I teach the Yang 24 form.
For Qigong I use many styles and sequences, from the Gold Standard "Shi Ba Shi" meaning 18 movements to the popular Ba Duan Jin (8 Pieces of Brocade) as well as Yi Jin Jing and Mawangdui Daoyin, and fusions thereof.
