The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi by Dr Peter Wayne. Probably one of the most concise books on Tai Chi giving detailed accounts of the physical and psychological benefits of The art. A really interesting and thought provoking book.
If you want to know more about Qigong then look no further than the superb book by the late (and great) Chris Jarney titled The Theory and Practice of Taiji Qigong. A really well put together book and you will recognise a lot of the exercises from our classes.
